Administrative Assistant


The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant position is a resourceful problem-solver who is organized and has strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels of internal and external partners.  This part-time position will work with the Executive Board to assist with the day-to-day requirements of a non-profit organization.  This position will focus on duties that align with the strategic plan in accordance with the organization's mission and efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our non-profit organization. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Experience may be substituted with documented work experience demonstrating the ability to perform required duties.)
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both oral and written, as well as work with the public.
  • Proficient with computer skills in generally used software programs and interest in learning new software programs.


$20,800 annual, 20-hours per week

  • Proven experience with administrative assistant duties
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
